I had the double room which was impeccably clean with a fridge. Had central location in areas of Sri Lanka. Moreover, it was just off awesome Mirissa beach, the popular restaurants and supermarket and restaurants.

Accommodating staff, great views of the beach, everything is excellent. The rooms are huge and retro, have large bathroom. The breakfast is savoury with lots of food. It has a marvellous location in the newly renovated area. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Great place to stay! Close to the beach and conveniently located near good restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with great lighting and a nice balcony. The bathroom was enormous, equipped with a hairdryer and many USB ports for charging. The AC worked perfectly, cooling the room in a matter of minutes.
The hotel is located close to the beach, which means there is some traffic noise that can be heard past midnight. , in the morning, the music from the bread trolley can be a bit loud.

We had a great weekend stay at this hotel by the beach. The breakfast was superb, offering a lot of fresh fruit and homemade drinks that we really enjoyed. the location is perfect as it's only a few steps away from the beach and just a short walk to the town center. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more pleasurable.
The only negative aspect we can mention is that there wasn't enough soundproofing in the rooms. We could hear some noise from other guests and the street outside, which disrupted our sleep a bit.
